🚫 Please Note: Most Items Are Not Eligible for Return

We do not accept returns on most products.

Exceptions include:

📦 New Sealed sets
🧾 Select other items at manager discretion

🗓️ 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return on eligible items.

✅ Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

📦 In the same condition you received them
🏷️ With original tags and packaging
🧾 Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt)

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

🔁 Used items, including:
- LEGO® Sets
- Minifigures
📤 Opened New items
👕 Clothing that's been worn or has tags removed

📬 How to Start a Return

If your return is approved:

📋 You'll receive instructions on how and where to send the item
❗ Items sent back without approval will not be accepted

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

We'll work with you to make it right.

💰 Refunds

📦 We'll notify you after we receive and inspect your return.
💳 If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
⏳ Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

❌ Order Cancellations

We begin processing orders immediately after they are placed.

If you request to cancel an order before it has shipped, we will make every effort to accommodate your request. Approved cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to any non-refundable payment processing fees and other non-recoverable costs incurred by Austin Block Shop. This fee will not exceed our actual costs.

Cancellation fees do not apply when:
